When the recipient, situation, and tone are entered, an analysis agent extracts the key points and a drafting agent creates an email draft.

How it works

  1. Enter the situation for writing the email in --context, the recipient in --recipient, and the desired tone in --tone.
  2. The analysis agent organizes the purpose, content to include, actions to request from the recipient, and possible subject lines. The drafting agent receives this memo and writes the greeting, body, and closing.
  3. The completed draft is output to the terminal. Connecting a sending account and actually sending the email are not implemented.

Results

This is an example that separates the step of organizing requirements before writing an email from the actual sentence drafting step. Sending success or changes in response rate were not measured.

Notes

The professional writer setting given to the model is a role instruction. It should not be interpreted as the actual resume or operational record of a real writer.

If there is not enough information for the signature, leave it as an input field. Do not connect to or send from a mailbox.

Check for cases where the situation is missing a date and where there are conflicting requests. Verify that the promises in the analysis memo and draft match, that the recipient and tone are maintained, and that the review draft is not marked as sent. The output should include execution instructions, the analysis memo, a copyable email draft, and a list of missing information.
